Emma Skinner is an M.A. student in Art History at Arizona State University. She graduated with her B.A. in Art History and Political Science from UCLA in 2020. Her current research focuses on early twentieth-century art and politics with an emphasis on Surrealism and the Caribbean. Her curatorial projects include the multimedia group exhibition "Symbolic Consciousness" at the 18th Street Arts Center, Santa Monica as well as an upcoming exhibition at the ASU Art Museum in 2024.
